As Needed Project Management Training

Simpson & Simpson provided management support and resources to TDG's management personnel. We created various modules aimed at equipping the management staff with current project management methods, standardizing knowledge, and enhancing work understanding and efficiency across multiple departments and elements. Modules involve participant assessment, project management overviews, fundamentals and standards of project management, integration, scope, scheduling, cost, and risk management. Modules take about 1 week to complete and about 6 weeks to complete a full course based on training material needs. Simpson & Simpson also offers resource support for Project Management Plan (PMP) training, including addressing changes and recommendations. We assist in the development of PMP Guidelines, scheduling for PMP tasks, and the creation of the implementation plan.
