San Pedro Community Service Center

To adequately support program operations and services and make the facility ADA-compliant, the San Pedro Community Services Center received an extensive renovation of its existing 2-story, 23,000 square foot building and construction of two new buildings: an 800 square foot multi-purpose center and a 1,300 square foot day-care center. Renovations included adding a kitchen, restrooms and improvements to the lobby and building exterior. Site improvements included parking lot repair and new landscaping.
